Sesame has one of the highest oil contents, it is a gluten-free seed, rich in: Vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B5, B6, B9, E, K), minerals (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, iron or iodine), fiber, antioxidants, vegetable proteins, and in healthy fats.
