Since 2016, ALPACASA has been an active participant in the SIAL Fair, one of the most influential events in the global food industry, held in Paris. Each edition has given us the opportunity to position Paraguay as an essential supplier of superfoods, strengthening our reputation in key markets around the world.
This fair is a unique opportunity to meet with current and potential clients, design new business strategies, and stay up-to-date on emerging trends. While the results are not always immediate, the true value of our participation lies in the relationships we build; these are what have allowed us to expand sustainably in markets such as the United States, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.
Nothing left to chance
Participating in SIAL requires exhaustive preparation that begins long before arriving in Paris. Eight or nine months in advance, we refine every detail: organizing meetings with clients and suppliers, preparing samples, coordinating the setup of our stand with REDIEX, and developing designs and materials for display. Additionally, we plan merchandising, informational materials, and extend invitations to participants through social media, ensuring a comprehensive and well-prepared presence at the event.
From the heart of South America
In this edition, we brought the best of our land: black sesame, white sesame, black chia, and white chia, both in organic and conventional versions. But we didn’t stop there; we also showcased sterilized chia and hulled sesame, products that set us apart due to the specialized processing we offer. These are innovations that few plants in Paraguay can provide.
